All our staff have been subject to an enhanced DBS check and properly and satisfactorily referenced. We undergo a thorough approved induction and training programme prior to deploying individuals to their first assignment.
In addition to exceeding minimum standards of training for social care workers, our staff can be given additonal training specifically relivant to individual clients.
